Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift were spotted holding hands as they left Arrowhead Stadium after celebrating the Kansas City Chiefs’ victory in the locker room.
The pair, who have been romantically linked since September 2023, reunited after the game and looked delighted as they exited the stadium together.
According to reports, the couple planned to head out for dinner before returning to Kelce’s new mansion.
Swift, known for her sensational music career, spent Thursday night supporting her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs offensive lineman Travis Kelce, during the 2024-2025 season opener. Dressed in a denim corset, matching shorts, and red knee-high boots, Swift arrived at the stadium over an hour before kickoff.
Dubbed “Season 2 of Football: Taylor’s Version” by fans, Swift’s presence added excitement to the night as the Chiefs triumphed over the Baltimore Ravens in a thrilling game aired on NBC. At one point, Swift was seen sitting with three-time Super Bowl champion Ed Kelce, Travis Kelce’s father, who sported merchandise from the “New Heights” podcast hosted by his two sons. Later, Swift was caught on camera celebrating one of Kelce’s successful plays alongside his mother, Donna Kelsey.
Swift and Kelce’s relationship first went public in September 2023, when Swift attended one of Kelce’s games. The connection blossomed after Kelce revealed his attempts to connect with the pop star during her “Eras” tour stop in Kansas City. Since then, Swift has become a regular supporter at Kelce’s games, and her appearances on NFL broadcasts have fueled widespread conversation.
Swift’s involvement in the NFL has attracted a new wave of female fans to the sport, a development that has drawn both praise and criticism. Some NFL traditionalists are less enthusiastic about the media attention Swift receives during broadcasts, though others acknowledge the positive impact her presence has had on viewership.
In a Time Magazine interview last year, Swift addressed the ongoing discussion around her appearances, humorously stating, “I was just there to support Travis. I don’t know if I’m going to get too much exposure and piss off some of the dads—Brad and Chad.”
Meanwhile, Patrick Mahomes, star quarterback and Kelce’s teammate, has publicly endorsed Swift’s support, calling it “super cool.” At a press conference before the 2024 Super Bowl, Mahomes remarked, “She’s obviously just here to support Travis in the best way she can, and he’s done a great job of bringing more people to football.”
Mahomes, a father of a young daughter himself, added, “As a dad, I’m happy to see her come to the games and love football.”
As the 2024 NFL season unfolds, all eyes will be on both Travis Kelce’s performance on the field and the continued support from his high-profile partner, Taylor Swift.
